How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for the rest of India. You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day easy return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. You can initiate a return request directly through our website's 'Returns' portal.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for most pincodes across India. A nominal COD handling fee may apply at checkout depending on your order value.
How do I find the right size for me?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' with measurements in inches. We recommend comparing these measurements with a well-fitting garment you already own for the perfect fit.
Are the colors of the products accurate?
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to different screen resolutions and studio lighting, there might be a slight variation (within 5-10%) in the actual color.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before it has been dispatched. Once the order is in the 'Shipped' status, it cannot be cancelled, but you can opt for a return after delivery.
